The most memorable thing that happened on these two days (besides lots of reading and relaxing) were the two dives I made at the Shark's Friends dive center.
The first dive went to a ship wreck, and of course there was a lot of reef and tropical fish to see on the way there and back. But the wreck was really an amazing highlight: To see it appear in the distance, a well-known shape you normally wouldn't expect under water. And then to slowly discover how it is now home to all sorts of marine life... wow!
The second dive was to another part of the reef. This time we saw a manta ray lying on the ground and slowly blinking his eyes at us divers. They're really amazingly elegant creatures. And, not to forget, the huge variety of tropical fish! I'll have to learn the names of a few of them one day soon - it sucks if you're not able to talk about what you've seen ;-)
