Today was a lazy day, or rather it was lazy in terms of sightseeing or activities. In terms of chores and planning, I did get some things done: laundry, bus ticket and accommodation for tomorrow, eating up leftovers,... ;-)
In the evening, I treated myself to a big dinner at El Boliche De Alberto. I'm so full right now, I can hardly move.
The little pot you see in the middle is Chimichurri - simply the best steak sauce I have ever tasted. The wikipedia page also has a link to recipes, check it out! Seems to be quite easy to make. Argentinians sure know how to treat their meat :-)
