There isn't really much to write about today. In the morning, there was still no electricity in Uyuni, so all we could do was catch the first bus to Potosi and hope for better conditions there.
Potosi is only 220 km from Uyuni, but the bus ride took five full hours - in part because the road was rough and unpaved, and in part because the terrain was very mountainous.
After about one hour, in the middle of a road construction site, we encountered a truck that got stuck in the middle of the road. The bus driver tried to pass it on one side, but had apparently miscalculated the amount of space available. As the right side of the bus went on the small riverbed on the side of the road, the bus started leaning dangerously to the right, almost touching the dirt hills on that side.
To salvage the situation, everyone had to leave the bus, and finally one of the machines used for road construction managed to pull the bus free. What an adventure!
A few hours later, we arrived in Potosí. We managed to find a hostel with free wifi, and so the rest of the day was spent catching up with the world :-)
